When sync is on, your premium-exam progress (current question, answer selections, score, timestamps) is saved to your account so you can continue from any device. See Privacy Policy § 14a for what we store and for how long.
Turning sync off permanently deletes every stored progress record on our servers. Local progress on this device is preserved so an in-flight exam isn’t lost.
Download my data
Download a JSON copy of your account data (profile, course access, exam progress, transaction history). The download link is valid for 1 hour, and you can request a new export at most once per hour.
Delete my account
Permanently delete your Nex Arc account. We schedule deletion for 7 days from request — click the cancel link in the confirmation email to recover. After 7 days, your personal data is removed from active systems. Some financial records are retained in anonymized form to meet tax law (see our Privacy Policy for details).
