Right of Withdrawal

Because you receive immediate access to digital course content upon purchase, the 14-day withdrawal right expires when you consent to immediate delivery (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB). All sales are final.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we received notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Early Expiry of Right of Withdrawal

Important Notice:

The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if:

You have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and
You have confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal by giving your consent to the start of performance.

By purchasing and immediately accessing premium course content, you explicitly consent to immediate contract performance and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital content under § 356 Abs. 5 BGB (German Civil Code) and EU law.
